The following procedures are in place to ensure customers have a safe, enjoyable experience at Tee Time Golf, LLC.
+ Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulators. No swinging clubs outside of the simulators for safety reasons.
+ Only one person should be present in the hitting area at a time. Everyone MUST keep a safe distance, and keep watch of the person golfing.
+ Beware and pay attention: Swinging golf clubs near people, and balls exiting the bay at high speeds, can be extremely dangerous.
+ Before you swing any club, check your surroundings to ensure no one or obstacle is within your range of swing.
+ Be aware of your backswing and follow-through at all times.
+ Your shot must be directed towards the hitting screen.
+ Swinging should always take place near the hitting area of the mat.
+ Practice swings must be done in the designated hitting areas.
+ Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone’s range of swing.
+ Report any accidents immediately.
+ Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the directions of the Rules and Guidelines.
+ Customers acknowledge Tee Time Golf is under video surveillance. Tampering with a camera system or damaging equipment by not following procedures in the guidelines will result in financial compensation being paid to Tee Time Golf, LLC.
+ Customers acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.
+ If you bring your own clubs, please make sure club faces are clean before play.
+ Keep food and drinks at the provided tables. NO FOOD OR DRINK INSIDE SIMULATOR at any time!
+ We would love for you to be able to finish your “last hole”, but if another group is booked after you, we will transition the simulator to the next group promptly at the end of your booking time.
+ Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time without compensation.
membership terms
+ General Membership Terms (applicable to all Memberships)
Billing occurs on the day of the original contract purchase. By purchasing any membership, you consent to your credit card or other payment method being charged on an automatic, recurring basis in the amount of the applicable membership fee. All simulator rentals/lessons/services are non-refundable and non-transferable, must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. All members must sign a liability waiver before participating. If any part of this membership agreement is deemed by a court to be unenforceable, that part will be severed from the agreement and the remainder of the agreement will continue in full force and effect. You and Tee Time Golf agree that you may bring or participate in claims against Tee Time Golf only in your respective individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

+Standard Membership Additional Terms
Your credit card or other payment method will be charged automatically every month unless you submit a written notice to Tee Time Golf at least 15 days before the intended cancellation date.

+six-Month Membership Additional Terms
If you commit to at least a 6-month membership, your credit card or other payment method will be charged automatically every month for six months, and thereafter automatically every month until you submit a written notice to Tee Time Golf at least 15 days before the intended cancellation date. You may NOT pause or cancel during the first six months of your membership.

+Membership Freeze
Freezing your membership is an opportunity to take a temporary break for a period without paying the ordinary membership fee. When a membership is frozen, the member will not have access to Tee Time Golf. All members are entitled to freeze their membership for up to two months during a 12-month period by paying a monthly administration fee of $20. You may request a freeze by sending an e- mail to info@teetimenyc.com.
cancellation policy
At Tee Time Golf, we understand schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise.To ensure we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation policy.

+cancellation notice
Clients must notify us of cancellations or appointment changes at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly at 646-847-6982 or info@teetimenyc.com during business hours.

+late cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost.
+No-shows
Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost. Repeat no-shows may result in having to prepay for future services or lead to an inability to book future appointments.
+exceptions
We recognize emergencies and special circumstances can occur. Exceptions to our policy are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Tee Time Golf, LLC
+refunds
Cancellation fees and deposits are non-refundable except in the case of Tee Time Golf initiated cancellations (or qualifying exceptions as determined by management).
